PHYSICAL BASICS

The goal of this course is to protect yourself and get away quickly, not to control or win a fight.

Physical Basics uses our body’s natural reactions to fight back when it’s needed most. This course is pro-active in application, is challenging and effective. Since we utilize your natural movements there is no requirement to remember multiple defense moves later on.

Training is repetition based and includes dynamic striking and defense actions with trauma informed instructors.

FULL SCENARIO

Full Scenario training is our Physical Basics course with additional challenging real-world self-defense simulations.

FITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM

25 to 35 minute higher intensity training with a focus on efficient, effective biologically supported personal protection movements.

WEEKLY TRAINING

Weekly Training is a combination of traditional combat-oriented Okinawan Karate and modern self-defense training methods. Long term training yields considerably higher benefits than occasional seminars. Practice consistent efficient biologically sound self protection movements designed around scientifically proven concepts of self protection. No uniform, skill or physical requirements are implemented.
